Requirements:

Experience: 2 years Acute Care Case Management & Discharge Planning
Certification: CA RN License (Pending accepted but must be active by start date)
Floating: No
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / department needs
Ratios: 1:25 Days; 1:45 Weekends
