Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Washington, D.C.

Shift: Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts

Are you an experienced RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prides yourself on delivering high-quality, compassionate care? We are looking for a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role is focused on providing competent and efficient care to a diverse patient population while utilizing advanced clinical technology.

Experience & Education:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience and 2 years of total RN experience.
Electronic Health Records: Proficiency with Cerner is required.
Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. A BSN is highly desired.
Licensure: Must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.

Certifications:

NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Residency Requirement:

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility to qualify for this contract position.
