Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise across multiple specialty service lines and demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular specialties

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor complex patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per facility standards

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Strong experience in:

  • Cardiac

  • Neurology

  • Thoracic

  • Orthopedics

  • Vascular

• Ability to work possible on-call shifts as required

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
