Title: CT Technologist
Location: Apple Valley, California
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 3×12 hours (17:45–06:15)

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations, including stroke and high-acuity cases.

• Operate CT scanners and PACS systems while ensuring image quality and patient safety.

• Prepare and administer contrast media and follow radiation safety and infection-control protocols.

• Conduct scans of chest, abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, spine, and musculoskeletal areas with and without contrast.

• Support advanced imaging procedures such as vascular CTA, coronary CTA, and brain perfusion when needed.

• Assist with patient transport as necessary and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a high-volume emergency environment.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to department workflow and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience (1 year may be considered per unit need).

• Active ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT) certification.

• BLS certification.

• California CRT and CT license required at submission.

• Experience in community hospital settings.

• Proficiency with contrast administration, radiation safety, and CT imaging protocols.
