Description
📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📌 Location: 4401 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109
📆 Contract Length: 12 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Day – 3x12-Hour
🕖 Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🚨 Candidate Requirements
📍 Residency Verification (MANDATORY)
Traveler must provide:
• Current & valid Driver's License or State-issued ID
• Utility bill (within the last 3 months) in traveler's name with matching address
• Address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility
❌ Locals not accepted
❌ Pending state license not accepted
❌ First-time travelers not accepted
📋 Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Experience with:
– Pacemakers
– IV insulin protocols
– Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)
📜 Certifications Required (Prior to Start)
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• EKG Course / Telemetry test
🔄 Floating
• Must float within scope to meet facility needs
• Floating to sister facilities required
📅 Scheduling & RTO
• Block scheduling: Not available
• Maximum 5 days RTO accepted
💻 Charting
• Epic required
