Position : Case Manager RN
Shift: 5x8 Days 0700-15** or 0800-16***(Shift times may vary, but will be one of the following:
Years of Experience: 1
First Timers Accepted: Yes
Certs REQ: BLS, AK RN License, ACM Cert Preferred
Skills REQ: , Must have Epic experience, Must have Acute Care experience

Requirements:
Weekend REQ: Yes - every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4 week schedule
Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility
Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer
