Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse – Days
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12-Hour (07:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 26 weeks

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a day shift assignment in Saratoga Springs, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience, excellent rhythm interpretation skills, and the ability to float within their skill set as needed. Candidates must be committed to staying through the summer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of current ICU experience

• Active NY RN License (in hand at time of submission)

• Certifications Required:

  • BLS

  • ACLS

  • NIH Stroke Scale

• Must be proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation

  • Required to pass hospital-proctored exam:

    • 80% accuracy in rhythm identification

    • 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms

• Epic charting experience required

• Flu vaccine or approved exemption required

• Must be willing to float within skill set at manager's discretion

Unit Details:

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2–3

Local Rule (Strict):

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Saratoga Springs.
