Description

Registered Nurse – IV Therapy / Vascular Access Team

Facility: The University of Vermont Medical Center – Burlington, Vermont
Start Date: March 23, 2026
Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Rotating (Days/Nights)

Day: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Night: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM
Primarily days but must be flexible to rotate nights
Every other weekend required

Job Overview

The RN will work with the Vascular Access / IV Therapy Team, supporting inpatient and oncology infusion services. The role focuses on IV access, PICC care, and infusion therapies, including chemotherapy support.

Required Qualifications

RN License
BLS Certification
Chemo/Biotherapy Certification (ONS/ONCC)
Minimum 2 years of specialty experience
Strong IV and vascular access skills
Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years (Required)
Trauma Level I experience in the last year
