Description

Patient Ratios: 1:5, EMR: Epic, Available orientation dates are march 30 and April 17
Cleveland Clinic The main Campus

Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiac and medical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying arrhythmias and reporting significant changes promptly.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
Monitor patient responses to treatments and document clinical findings accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
