🩺 Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📍 Rochester 14621
⏳ 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
🚀 Start: 05/05/2026

Shift: Night – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Every other weekend required
• Holiday: Every other holiday (if needed)
• Floating required

🏥 Unit Details:

• Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Unit (assigned at offer)
• Patient Ratio: 1:5–7
• Acute care setting

📋 Requirements:

• Active New York RN License (non-compact required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• NIHSS (preferred)
• Must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months
• EPIC charting experience required

⭐ Preferred:

• Strong cardiac/telemetry background
• Experience in fast-paced MS/Tele settings

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Emergency response (Rapid Response / Code activation)

• IV therapy and phlebotomy (peripheral line management)
• Oxygen administration (nasal cannula, tanks, non-invasive airway support)
• Maintain isolation precautions

• Provide comprehensive patient care in MS/Tele setting
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team
