Job Title: Home Health RN
Location: Eureka, CA 95501
Start Date: 04/27/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8 (08:00–17:00)

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year recent Home Health experience
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
• Must manage 5–7 patients/day
• Must complete charting within deadlines
