Description

Job Title: RN - Home Health
Location: Marion, OH 43302
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) HPW: 40
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:
We are looking for a Home Health RN with recent experience to provide care for geriatric patients in their homes.

Requirements:
Active Ohio RN license
Minimum 1 year recent Home Health experience (first-timers not accepted)
BLS certification
Recent experience with Oasis and HCHB EMR
Flexible with travel (up to 60 miles)
Timely documentation and communication

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating weekends on-call (every 8th weekend)
40 guaranteed hours/week

Other Details:
Average 5–7 patients/day
Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
iPad provided for charting
Dress code: Scrubs (no jeans)
