Description

Registered Nurse – Home Health

Location: Annandale, Virginia
Facility: Virginia Healthcare Services
Shift: Day Shift – 5×8 Hours (08:00 – 17:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Home Health RN with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience
Candidate must be able to hit the ground running
30 points/week ≈ 40 hours/week
Admissions are REQUIRED
Tablet will be assigned; must be able to see patients same day
Participation in on-call rotation required

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year Home Health experience
Minimum 2 years total clinical experience
OASIS experience – Required (for RNs)
First-time travelers accepted ✔️

Certifications Required:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
Valid Virginia RN License (must be in hand at submission)

Charting System:

Kinnser / WellSky

Coverage Area:

Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles from home base
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate (not including commute to first patient or return home)

Local Candidate Policy:

Local candidates accepted within 50-mile radius
Local rates apply (confirm with Account Manager)
