Description
Job Title: RN Case Manager
Location: San Pedro, CA 90732
Start Date: 05/04/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8 (08:00–16:30)
Requirements:
• 2 years acute care Case Management experience (recent)
• Must have Care Coordination, Utilization Review & Discharge Planning experience
• InterQual & Epic experience (HARDSTOP)
• Acute care background in MS, MS/Tele, ICU, and some ER (HARDSTOP)
• California Case Management experience required
Certifications:
• Active CA RN License
Notes:
• Every other weekend required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Case load ~15 patients (higher on weekends)
