Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – Computed Tomography (CT)
Location: Wyandotte, MI 48192
Duration: 13 Weeks (Starting first week of May)
Shift: 5x8-Hour Shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Guaranteed Hours: Based on facility requirements

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT for a 13-week contract in Wyandotte, MI. The role involves performing CT scans and general radiology procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans and general radiologic procedures
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Operate and control imaging equipment to obtain accurate diagnostic results
• Administer contrast media and monitor patients for reactions
• Assist radiologists with procedures, including biopsies when needed
• Maintain proper documentation in PACS and RIS systems
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards and protocols
• Maintain clean and stocked procedure rooms
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ARRT certification required (CT registry or registry-eligible)
• BLS certification required
• Experience with CT and diagnostic radiology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work weekends as required

Work Environment:

• Hospital or ambulatory setting
• Exposure to radiation and medical equipment
• May assist in moving patients or equipment
