Description

Job Title: RN – Case Manager
Location: Mission Viejo, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8 (08:00–16:30)

Requirements:

2 years acute hospital Case Manager experience (care coordination & discharge planning)
BLS certification
Epic charting experience
Travel experience required
Experience in fast-paced environment
Ability to handle patient ratio 1:20
Weekend coverage required
