Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
Facility: Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital
Location: 7691 Poplar Ave, Germantown, TN 38138
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Schedule: 3x12-Hour

Note: Med/Surg Overflow Unit | 2 years recent experience required | Travel experience required | 1:6–7 ratio

Position Overview:
The MS/Tele RN provides care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical overflow unit, managing post-surgical, oncology, and observation patients in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

Provide direct patient care, assessments, and documentation
Monitor telemetry and manage patient conditions
Administer medications and IV therapy
Perform wound care and post-surgical care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Support patient safety and care coordination

Requirements:
Licensure: Active RN License (TN or Compact State)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience required
At least 1 year of travel experience required

Certifications:

BLS – Required
NIHSS – Required

Other Requirements:

No first-time travelers
Weekend and holiday rotation required
Candidates must reside 100 miles from facility

Ratio: 1:6–7
Beds: 42 | Census: 42

Patient Diagnoses:
Medical-surgical, oncology, GYN surgery, post-surgical, and observation patients
