Description

Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical
Location: Waynesboro, PA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Nights| 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Med/Surg

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a 24/7 acute care setting. The unit manages a mix of medical, surgical, telemetry, and swing bed patients. Candidates must be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable floating as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Epic charting experience required
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Certifications:

BLS (Required)

Schedule & Work Expectations:

3x12 Night shifts
Weekends and holidays as needed
Floating required (may float to other Med/Surg units or rehab)
RTO: Max 5 days

Unit Details:

24/7 Medical Surgical Department
Patient population: Adult inpatients and outpatients
Includes medical, surgical, telemetry, and swing bed cases
May care for COVID patients

Additional Information:

Manager interview required after clinical screening
Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
Local candidates accepted at adjusted rate
