šĀ Facility Location:Ā 750 E Adams St, Syracuse, NY
ā°Ā Shifts:Ā Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
šĀ Duration:Ā 13 Weeks
Job Description:
ā¢ Provide care in aĀ Pediatric Emergency Department
ā¢ PerformĀ rapid triage, assessment, and emergency interventions for pediatric patients
ā¢ Must haveĀ majority experience in Pediatric EDĀ (Adult ED-only or mixed experience not accepted)
ā¢Ā Adult ED experience is a plus
ā¢ ManageĀ high-acuity and trauma casesĀ in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Must haveĀ formal triage training and strong triage skills
ā¢ Maintain accurateĀ documentation using EPIC (preferred)
ā¢ WorkĀ every other weekend and some holidays
ā¢ Preferred experience inĀ Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers
ā¢ MinimumĀ 2 years recent acute care experience required
ā¢ Must haveĀ active New York RN license and BLS certification
ā¢ StrongĀ clinical judgment, multitasking, and pediatric care skills required
