Description

Job Title: Case Manager RN
Location: Irvine
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years acute care hospital Case Management experience
Strong background in Care Coordination & Discharge Planning
Hospital experience required
Active California RN License (pending accepted, must be active by start date)
Must be open to weekend rotation & department needs

Preferred:

Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills
Previous travel experience preferred but not required

Notes:

First-time travelers accepted (clinical review required)
Floating not required
Ratios: 1:20
Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
