Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 65.90 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 47.90 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 2,372.40 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 648.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 1,724.40 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $ 27.00 Per Hour Hours per week: $ 36.00 Hours
Position: RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Shift: Nights | 3x12 (19:00 – 07:30) | 36 hrs/week | Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Start Date: 05/26/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• Active MD RN License or Compact License
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI – required
• NCC C-EFM – required (must be in hand at submission)
• STABLE – preferred
• 2 years experience preferred (will consider 1 year with strong skillset)
• First-time travelers accepted

Patient Ratio: 1:2
Patient Population: Neonates, Adolescents, Adults
Unit Details:

• Community hospital setting
• 4-bed LDR, 1 OR, 2 Triage/Antepartum rooms
• 12-bed Mother-Baby unit (also handles GYN/Women's Surgical cases)
• Level 1 Well Baby Nursery (typically 35 weeks gestation)
• Stabilize and transfer higher-risk cases
• ~50–60 deliveries per month
• Epic charting system

Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable working across L&D and Mother-Baby/Postpartum
• Circulating and assisting with deliveries ("catching babies”) required
• LDRP experience preferred

Additional Info:

• Weekends: Every other weekend required
• Holidays: Required as scheduled
• Floating: Yes, within specialty and to Mother-Baby/PP as needed
• On-Call: Not required
• RTO: Must be submitted upfront; no changes allowed post-offer

Note:

• NCC C-EFM certification is mandatory at time of submission
• AWHONN certifications do not meet state EFM requirement (can be used for CE only)
