Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift – 5x8s (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year recent Home Health RN experience
OASIS experience REQUIRED
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience REQUIRED
Active RN License (in hand)
BLS Certification
Strong documentation & communication skills

Patient Care Details

Patient Population: Geriatric
Average Visits: 5–7 patients per day
Territory: Up to 60-mile radius from office
On-Call: ❌ Not Required
Weekends: ❌ Not Required
Locals Accepted: ✅ Yes (travel rate eligible)
