Description

📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📌 Facility Location: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3, Rochester, NY 14621
⏰ Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:

• Provide care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Manage patient assignments with a 1:5 to 1:7 Med/Surg patient ratio
• Perform patient assessments, telemetry monitoring, and medication administration
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC (required)
• Floating required based on facility needs
• Work every other weekend
• First-time travelers accepted
• Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience required
• Must have active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Valid NIHSS must be included with submission
• Locals not accepted (must be outside 75-mile radius)
