Description
Job Title: Outpatient Oncology Case Manager RN (Clinic Setting)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Oncology RN experience
- Experience with outpatient oncology case management & care coordination
- Familiarity with Epic/MyChart communication & referral workflows
- BLS certification required
- Experience working with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma & stem cell transplant patients
Preferred:
- BMT experience
- ONS/ONCC Chemo certification
- OCN or BMTCN certification
Notes:
- First-time travelers accepted
- Adult Stem Cell Transplant Program setting
- Collaboration with multiple departments for scheduling & patient coordination
