Shift Options:
• 4x10-Hour Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 5x8-Hour Days (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Setting: Operating Room

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a busy surgical department at Latrobe Hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong circulating experience across multiple specialties and be comfortable working in a fast-paced perioperative environment with call responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years OR RN experience required

• Previous Charge experience required

• Cerner charting experience required

• BLS certification required

• Strong experience in General OR procedures required

• Experience with Robotics, Orthopedics, Neuro, Urology, ENT, Thoracic, and General Surgery preferred

Clinical Experience Preferred:

• Robotics (Da Vinci Xi & Monarch)

• Orthopedic & Spine procedures

• Neurology and spinal surgeries

• Thoracic procedures including VATS

• ENT surgeries

• Urology procedures

• Gynecology procedures

• Endoscopic procedures

• Total joint replacements

• General surgery and laparoscopic cases

Schedule & Call Requirements:

• Rotating schedule of 4x10s and 5x8s

• Weekly call rotation required

• Weekend call every 7th/8th weekend

• Weekend call coverage:
  • Saturday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM

• Weekday call:
  • 8-hour shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 10-hour shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
