⏰ Shifts: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:30)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Description:
• Work as an RN Case Manager/Utilization Review/CDI in an acute care setting
• Perform case management, utilization review, and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) duties
• Coordinate patient care plans and support discharge planning processes
• Review medical records for appropriate utilization and documentation accuracy
• Required experience with MDS (Minimum Data Set)
• Work day shifts (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Must have minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience within the past 2 years
• Experience in similar size hospitals or trauma centers preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Must have active New York RN license and BLS certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
• Candidates must maintain a clear professional license history with no suspensions or investigations
