🩺 Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📍 Massena 13662
⏳ 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
🚀 Start: 06/15/2026

Shift: Day – 4x12 (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• Every other weekend required
• Floating: As needed within skillset

🏥 Unit Details:

• Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Unit
• Patient Ratios:
• Days: 1:6
• Nights: 1:7
• Weekends: 1:8

• Patient Population:
• COPD
• Pneumonia
• Non-specific abdominal pain
• Cellulitis
• Chest pain rule-out patients

📋 Requirements:

• Active New York RN License
• BLS and ACLS Certifications (required)
• Minimum 2 years MS/Tele experience required
• EPIC charting experience required

⭐ Preferred:

• Strong telemetry and acute care background
• Experience managing high patient acuity

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for MS/Tele patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias

• Respond to Rapid Response and Code situations
• Administer blood products and IV therapies

• Manage central lines, PICC lines, and peripheral IVs
• Perform respiratory care including BiPAP/CPAP and HFNC

• Care for neuro and withdrawal patients
• Maintain isolation precautions and PPE compliance

• Perform patient assessments and medication administration
• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation
