Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: Raleigh,NC
Facility: Rex Hospital – CT Scan Department
Duration: 17 Weeks
Start Date: June 22, 2026
Schedule:Overnight Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Summary : The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic CT imaging procedures using computerized tomography equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation. The technologist ensures patient safety, proper imaging protocols, contrast administration, image processing, and accurate documentation while maintaining compliance with departmental and hospital standards.
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science.
ARRT registered or registry eligible.
Registry eligible candidates must provide proof of graduation from an accredited program.
Advanced CT certification required.
Current BLS certification required.
Must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and anatomy.
Experience with PACS, EMR, and image transfer systems.
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
