🩺 Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📍 Rochester 14626
⏳ 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
🚀 Start: 06/22/2026

Shift: Day – 3x12 (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• Every other weekend required
• Floating required

🏥 Unit Details:

• 14-bed Med/Surg Tele Overflow Unit
• Overflow unit supporting ED boarder patients
• Flex space located within GI Endoscopy area

📋 Requirements:

• Active New York RN License
• BLS Certification ( required )
• Minimum 1 year MS/Tele experience required
• EPIC charting experience required

• Mandatory competency in:
• Phlebotomy
• IV placement and maintenance

⭐ Preferred:

• Previous Charge RN experience
• Strong telemetry and acute care background

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias

• Perform IV placement and phlebotomy independently
• Respond to Rapid Response and Code situations

• Manage peripheral IV lines and oxygen therapy
• Perform patient assessments and medication administration

• Maintain isolation precautions and airway management
• Float within skillset as needed

• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation and communication with care team
