📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Case Manager
đź“Ś Facility Location: 750 E Adams St, Syracuse, NY 13210
⏰ Shifts: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Description:
• Work as an RN Case Manager/Utilization Review/CDI in an acute care hospital setting
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• This position will have a Monday start date
• Must have experience with:
- EPIC charting system
- Acute care hospital case management
• Perform case management, utilization review, and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) duties
• Coordinate patient care plans and support discharge planning processes
• Review medical records for appropriate utilization and documentation accuracy
• Must hold an active New York RN license
• Required certification: BLS
• Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience within the past 2 years
• Travelers must have experience in hospitals of similar size or trauma centers
• Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
