🩺 Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📍 Rochester 14621
⏳ 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
🚀 Start: 06/16/2026

Shift: Night – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Every other weekend required
• Floating may be required within skillset
• EPIC experience required

🏥 Unit Details:

• Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit
• Patient Ratio: 1:5–1:7
• Med/Surg patient population requiring telemetry monitoring

📋 Requirements:

• Active RN License
• ACLS Certification
• BLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification ( must be included with submission )

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Must be comfortable managing 1:5–1:7 Med/Surg patient ratios

• Local candidates must reside outside 75-mile radius

🩺 Required Skills:

• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams

• Peripheral IV care and management
• Phlebotomy experience preferred

• Nasal Cannula and oxygen administration
• Oxygen face masks and portable oxygen tanks
• Non-invasive airway management

• Isolation precautions and PPE compliance

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• MS/Tele nursing experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Strong acute care background

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in MS/Tele setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient condition

• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and status changes

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient-centered care
