📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📌 Facility Location: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3, Rochester, NY 14621
⏰ Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:

• Provide nursing care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Work day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on a 3x12 schedule
• Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday if needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC (required)
• Perform patient assessments, medication administration, telemetry monitoring, and ongoing patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must hold an active New York Single State RN license (NY is not compact)
• Required certification: BLS
• Pending licenses not accepted
• All RTO, block scheduling, and special scheduling requests must be submitted at time of submission
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract without charge
• RN candidates within 75 miles are not accepted
