Description
Job Title: Nurse Navigator RN
Location: Orange, CA
Start Date: 06/29/2026
Duration: 6 months
Shift: Days, 5x8 (Monday–Friday, 08:00 start – varies by clinic hours)
Requirements:
- RN experience in a clinical setting required
- Experience with patient navigation, care coordination, and multidisciplinary communication
- Active RN License required
- Strong patient education and support skills
Preferred:
- Previous Nurse Navigator experience
- Outpatient/clinic experience
- Epic charting experience
Notes:
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 8-hour shifts based on clinic needs
