🩺 Registered Nurse – Cath Lab
📍 Canton, OH 44708
⏳ 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
🚀 Start: 06/26/2026

Shift: Day – 4x10 Hour Shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Call required
• EPIC documentation system utilized

🏥 Unit Details:

• Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab)
• Fast-paced procedural and interventional cardiac care environment

📋 Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of recent Cath Lab experience required
• Minimum 18 months of permanent Cath Lab experience required prior to travel assignments
• AHA BLS Certification required
• AHA ACLS Certification required
• EPIC experience required

⭐ Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong cardiovascular procedural experience

🩺 Required Skills:

• Cath Lab nursing experience
• Circulating procedures
• Procedural documentation

• IV starts and IV management
• Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Moderate sedation monitoring knowledge

• Multidisciplinary patient care coordination

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Serve as circulator during Cath Lab procedures

• Complete accurate procedural documentation in EPIC
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures

• Perform IV starts and maintain vascular access
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes appropriately

• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient-centered care throughout the procedural experience
