Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time
Locations Available: Montrose, NY 10548
Duration - 12 Months (Extension Available)
Shift –7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
All shifts available (Days, Evenings and Nights)

The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Prepare, administer, and appropriately document commonly prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and/or intravenous medications as permitted by approved facility policies and procedures.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient assessments and treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Active New York State LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Knowledge and skills sufficient to safely administer medications and treatments.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
