Description

Job Title: X-Ray Tech
Location: Greensboro, NC 27405
Shift: 4x10 | Nights | 8:30pm - 7am
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Duration: 13 Weeks
Total Hourly Pay Rate: $53
Weekly Gross: $2120
Start Date: 7/20/2026

Requirements

OR Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience required (2 years strongly preferred)
First-time travelers accepted
Certifications: BLS & ARRT required
Required Skills: PACS, Portable X-Ray, C-Arm, Contrast experience
EMR: EPIC experience required (Interrad preferred)

Facility Details
Level II Trauma Center and the only Level II Trauma Center in this region. The facility handles adult and pediatric emergencies, trauma stabilization, and transfers.
The hospital includes:

500 beds
Adult & Pediatric Emergency Department
21 Operating Rooms
3 Endoscopy Rooms
2 Fluoroscopy Rooms
50-bed NICU
Day Surgery Center

The department performs approximately 250–300 exams daily, including 100–125 portable exams.

Department Experience Required
Fluoroscopy procedures include:

Lumbar punctures
Myelograms
Swallow studies
Esophagrams
Upper GI studies
Barium enemas

Endoscopy support includes:

Bronchoscopies
ERCP procedures

OR imaging experience includes:

ORIF procedures
Hip replacements
PLIF / ALIF / TLIF / ACDF procedures
Cystograms

Equipment Used

Samsung
Carestream
Siemens
Philips X-Ray equipment
OEC C-Arms
O-Arm

OR and Fluoroscopy experience are required.
The department is fast-paced, and technologists will support exams across multiple areas including Fluoro, OR, inpatient, outpatient, ED, and NICU.
