Operating Room (OR) RN | Travel Contract

Position Overview

Experienced Operating Room RN needed for a busy acute care surgical department. This position is open to first-time travelers with at least 2 years of OR experience.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP

• Patient Ratio: 1:1

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience

• First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes (with 2 years of OR experience)

• Floating Requirement: Yes, to like units as needed

• Block Scheduling: Available at manager discretion

• Pending License Accepted: No

• RTO Restrictions: All requested time off must be submitted at the time of profile submission

• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period

Scheduling & Call Requirements

• Scheduled as needed Monday through Friday

• Post-shift call is required: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM, approximately once per week (may be more frequently based on unit needs)

• Scheduling preferences may be considered but are not guaranteed

• Scheduling requests related to secondary employment will not be accommodated

Required Certifications

• ACLS

• BCLS

Required Skills

• Epic charting experience is required
