Description

Title: Travel RN Case Manager

📍 Location: Torrance, CA
🕒 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
📅 Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (Must be available for holiday coverage)
✅ First-Time Travelers Accepted: No

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital Case Management experience
Experience in discharge planning and care coordination
Must be able to manage up to 2 units on weekends, with a primary focus on discharge planning
California RN License preferred
Pending California License accepted
Maximum 7 days of RTO permitted at the time of submission
