Description
Job Title: Travel CT Technologist
đź“Ť Location: Kingman, AZ
đź“Ś Local Candidates: Accepted at the same pay rate
Schedule
- Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- On-Call: Rotating call schedule (approximately 3 call shifts per month)
Minimum Requirements
- Previous CT Technologist experience required
- Travel experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
Position Overview
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) examinations while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional care. The technologist collaborates with radiologists and the healthcare team to produce accurate diagnostic images and maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced imaging department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment
- Ensure patient safety and radiation protection standards are followed
- Document patient information accurately using Meditech
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule as assigned
