Description

Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Location: Florence, AZ 85232
Shift: Days Hours per Week: 40
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a comparable role – Required
Minimum Degree Required: Master's Degree.
Current and active Arizona LPC, LCSW, or LMFT License – Required
BLS (AHA) – Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen for facility clearance
Must be at least 18 years of age
70-mile local radius rule applies (local candidates within 70 miles are not eligible)
