Description
Title: Registered Nurse – Home Health
Locations: Suffolk, VA
Openings: 2 RNs
Specialty: Home Health
Experience: Minimum 1 year recent experience
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Patient Volume: 5–7 patients/day
Patient Population: Geriatric
Requirements
- OASIS experience – Required
- HCHB EMR experience – Required
- BLS – Required
- VA RN License – Must be in hand
- Timely communication and accurate documentation required
On-Call & Weekend
- On-call: Yes — 1-week rotations
- Likely only one on-call rotation during the contract
- Weekends: Part of the rotation; likely once during the contract
Territory
- Position 1: Suffolk / Portsmouth
- Position 2: Peninsula — Newport News / Hampton area

- Locals: Accepted at travel rate
