Description

Job Title: Radiology Tech / X-Ray Tech
Location: Warren, MI
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3×12s, every other weekend
Block Schedule: Available, but weekends are required
Call: None
Interview: 15-minute phone interview with direct reach-out

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED – Required
ARRT(R) – Required
BLS – Required
Minimum 1 year of experience – Required
Hospital/acute-care radiology experience preferred

Equipment / Technology

OEC C-arms
Carestream portable X-ray
General diagnostic X-ray equipment

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and obtain high-quality images.
Properly position patients and select appropriate technical factors.
Perform portable X-rays and assist with C-arm procedures.
Follow radiation-safety and infection-control protocols.
Verify patient information and imaging orders.
Upload and document images through PACS/RIS.
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as appropriate.
Provide safe and compassionate patient care.
