Description

Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator - LPC, LCSW
Location: Lumpkin, GA 31815
Schedule: Days (5x8 ) HPW: 40
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable role.
Current and active Georgia LPC or LCSW license.
AHA BLS certification required.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Valid driver's license required.
Note: 70 miles Radius Rule
