Job Summary

Seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, family-centered care to neonatal patients. The RN will care for patients across varying levels of complexity and acuity while working within professional nursing standards and the organization's nursing practice model.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of RN experience in the specialty unit and pediatrics preferred

• Nursing Diploma required

• BSN preferred

• Active PA or NJ RN License, depending on assigned work location

• Multistate Compact License including PA is accepted

• Active Temporary Practice Permit may be accepted, with RN license required before expiration

• PALS certification required

• CPR/BLS certification required through AHA, Red Cross, or another organization requiring hands-on skills verification

• Basic computer and clinical technology competency

• Experience navigating electronic health records and clinical information systems

• Respiratory FIT Testing required

• Active membership in a professional nursing organization
