Description

Job title: Pharmacist – Inpatient
Facility: Kingman Regional Medical Center
Location: Kingman, Arizona
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5×8 hours — 06:00 AM–02:00 PM
Hours: 32–40 hours/week
Weekend: Every other weekend
On-call: None
First-time travelers: Accepted
Locals: Accepted at the same rate

Must-Have Requirements

1 year pharmacist experience
Active Arizona Pharmacist (RPh) license in good standing — required
Acute-care inpatient pharmacy experience required
- Experience may be from student rotations
IV Admixture Certification — required
Sterile Compounding Certification — required
- Certifications must be ACPE accredited
BLS — required
Meditech experience preferred
IV preparation / compounding
IV piggyback and IV push medications
Sterile technique
Medication dispensing systems
Dosing experience
Inpatient/acute-care experience
