Job Description:
-Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients.
-Provides direct patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.

Certifications & License:
-Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school.
-Current, valid, unrestricted Pharmacy license in a U.S. State/Territory or District of Columbia.
-Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Patterns Hiring Job ID #299265-0908. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
