Description
Job Title: RN – NICU
Location: Dayton, OH
Start Date: 09/25/26
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts | As needed by unit
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience; 2 years preferred
- Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license
- CPR and NRP required
- Associate degree required; BSN preferred
- Central line, PICC, and umbilical line competency
- Skilled in O2 delivery including NC, high-flow, CPAP, NIV, and ventilators
- Weekend requirement, typically every 3rd weekend
- Willingness to float to inpatient units when NICU census does not require coverage
Preferred:
- 2 years of NICU experience
- G-tube and tracheostomy experience
- BSN
Notes:
- 12-hour shifts scheduled according to unit needs
- Navy blue scrub top with navy blue or black scrub pants
- No calls to HR or department manager; facility will review submissions and respond accordingly
