📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience

• Active RN license

• BLS required

• CPI required

• NIHSS required

• Epic experience required

• Strong Step Down, Med Surg, Orthopedic, or Neuro experience preferred

🩺 Required/Preferred Clinical Skills

• IV therapy and phlebotomy

• Peripheral IV and PICC line management

• Central line blood draws

• Blood product administration

• CVA/stroke care

• Pre/post-neurosurgery care

• Spinal cord injury

• Telemetry and cardiac monitoring

• Heparin and insulin administration

• Oxygen administration and suctioning

• Orthopedic trauma

• Total joint replacement

• Surgical drain management

• Wound care/wound vac

• Feeding tube care

• Isolation precautions and PPE
