HIRING: Neuro Tele RN – Travel

📍 Location: Lubbock, TX
🏥 Facility: Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
🛏️ Staffed Beds: 379
🚑 Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
👩‍⚕️ Patient Ratio: 1 RN : 4 Patients

🕐 Schedule

  • Shift: As assigned
  • Weekend: Required — 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

🩺 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced acute-care environment. The RN will monitor neurological and cardiac conditions, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and provide safe, patient-centered nursing care.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to Neuro Telemetry patients.
  • Monitor and assess neurological and cardiac status.
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Float between units as required.
  • Maintain a safe and professional patient-care environment.
