Description

Title: Pharmacist – Inpatient
Location: Kingman, AZ

Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Shift Window: Rotating between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Weekend: Every other weekend

First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Candidates: Accepted at the same rate
Orientation: Every Monday

Required Qualifications

License

Arizona Pharmacist license highly preferred

Experience

Acute Care / Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
Experience obtained during student rotations may qualify

Certifications

IV admixture certification — ACPE accredited
Sterile compounding certification — ACPE accredited
BLS

EMR

Meditech experience preferred
